March 10, 2003 - MARYLAND VOTING RIGHTS RESTORATION COALITION VOTING RIGHTS RALLY FOR EX-OFFENDERS. Monday, March 10, 2003, Lawyer's Mall - Annapolis, Maryland, 3:00 PM (Lobbying with Senators & Delegates at 5pm). Note: Each member organization of MVRRC will be afforded one (1) speaker.

National leaders are expected to be in attendance. RSVP to speak.
